Modern Hammer is a company with the values and dedication of old combined with the technology and experience of today.
Our primary focus is to build structures out of insulated concrete forms (ICF). ICFs are energy efficient and extremely resilient. The final step in this process is to address the most important issue with any home, water intrusion which we do by installing Hulk Systems Waterproofing products.
We believe in building things once and building it right!
